    Test operating system for proper functionality
    Disable programs that start with system to increase boot time
    Eliminate excess processes that deplete important processing and memory capacity
    Remove unneeded files and clutter from system that are wasting space

    Optimize Windows settings and perform a complete disk defragmentation for faster speed and top performance.
    Configure Windows Updates to correct bugs and enhance security
    Conduct a physical cleaning of the computer

Virus & Spyware Removal:

In-store: $69.00 Onsite: $269.00

    Remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on the system
    Repair any operating system issues
    If the virus, spyware or malware can't be removed we will perform a complete factory restore on your system bringing it back to the way it was when you purchase the system

this restore process also includes up to 60 GB of data backup as well

Provide recommendations for safe web browsing and ways to prevent future infections

PC Setup:

Local printer setup and testing

an external hard drive or other external device (device not included)

Installation of customer supplied antivirus and anti-spyware software with current definitions and application updates

Verification of proper activation with Microsoft if applicable

Setup and configure parental controls if necessary
Enable basic security and firewall functions including: pop-up blocker and internet explorer security

Removal of unwanted programs and trial ware
Creation of up to 3 user accounts with passwords

Setup of your new computer to access the Internet.
Install up to 2 software titles of your choice (software not included)

Test of equipment to ensure everything is functioning together properly

Wireless Network Setup w/Security:

    Set up, configure and secure your wireless router ensuring to safeguard your personal information and lock down your wireless signal from use by others
    Installation and configuration of network adapters on up to 3 computers and or devices (Computer, laptop, printer, gaming console, network Blu‑ray/DVD player, network-enabled TV, etc.)
    Configuration of internet protocols and settings on devices and with ISP
    Enable up to 3 devices to share the internet, files and printers on network
    Repair network and internet connectivity if necessary

    $49.00 setup and configuration of each additional device during the initial setup

Software Install & Setup:
